My workout program
From 118lbs last year, my weight dropped to 80lbs because of hyperacidity. See my pictures below!

It was really a nightmare!
I suffered from GERD for more than a year. But thank God I am now somehow cured! Thank you thank you God is good!
I started my weight-lifting program this year January 22.
On february 6, I started to gain some weight and finally got to lift my own body weight by doing full push ups.
And this is what my body looked like after working out for a few weeks. I gained muscles and weight! I don’t look anorexic anymore (I don’t suffer from anorexia, I just look like one) - February 9
I finally enrolled myself to the gym last month March 2 and got stronger and stronger as each day passes.

March 24, I finally achieved the body that I’ve always wanted :)
It’s still a work in progress. But it’s something! No words can express how happy I am to achieve this kind of body after suffering from hyperacidity. It’s really worth the pain and all the hardwork!
From 80 lbs, my weight is now 112lbs
